Pavel is the founder of Tricorne. Pavel  represents clients all over the Northeastern seaboard from Boston to New York and other states and countries, including EMEA. He has over 20 years of experience in all facets of in-house and law firm business practice from corporate work to litigation. Pavel's clients range from start-ups to growing companies with revenues of tens of millions of dollars.
Pavel also serves as an arbitrator and has authored decisions in over 500 arbitration matters.
He is also teaching law at his alma mater, New England Law Boston. 
In addition, Pavel has a keen interest in business and helping clients grow their enterprises to the next level. To this end, Pavel earned an MBA degree at Global School of Business at Columbia University in New York. 
Previously Pavel served as general counsel of a diversified asset management company with holdings in consumer banking, premium alcohol and insurance.  His prior work experience includes positions as senior international litigation counsel at a global aluminum conglomerate and a partner at a litigation boutique in Boston, Massachusetts.
